What they are referring to, is the BIS plan to tokenize all privately-held assets on a Global Unified Ledger, as outlined in a chapter for their Annual Economic Report that was issued on June 20, 2023, titled, “Blueprint for the future monetary system: improving the old, enabling the new.”

However they fail to mention the aspect of control of the tokenized assets on this programmable platform, specifically WHO would have control, & HOW that control of the programmable platform and the assets tokenized thereon could be wielded in ways that are not in your favor.
